Curd casserole at least once, but everyone had to try. A delicate and incredibly tasty creation may seem difficult to prepare. But thanks to the advent of the multicooker, Polaris does not have to have a huge culinary experience.

  • butter - 50 g;

If the fruit is very juicy, they must first be blanched so that excess moisture evaporates. Otherwise, an incomprehensible liquid mass will come out instead of a chic casserole.

Stages of cooking:

  1. Cottage cheese must be ground using a sieve for this.
  2. Add sugar, beaten eggs and melted butter. Everything is actively mixed.
  3. Semolina and milk are added to the resulting curd mixture. Be sure to mix.
  4. The mass should stand until the semolina swells.
  5. The bottom of the multicooker bowl is greased and sprinkled with semolina. The baking mode is activated. Curd dough is laid out, the lid is closed, the casserole is baked. It can be considered finished only when a crust of delicate golden color, characteristic of the casserole, forms on it.
  6. It will be delicious to eat this casserole if you pour it with jelly. Often, instead of jelly, they use jam, condensed milk and, of course, sour cream.

The recipe can be slightly modified by adding raisins or dried apricots to its composition. In summer, fresh fruits, such as apricots or apples, will revive the dish. But citrus fruits should not be added.

Cottage cheese casserole with chocolate

To prepare this dish in the multicooker Polaris 0517 you will need:

  • 500 g of cottage cheese;
  • 4 eggs;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • bar of chocolate (black, but not bitter);
  • a quarter cup of cream;
  • 3 incomplete Art. l starch.

Stages of cooking:

  1. Cottage cheese is mixed with eggs using a blender or the most primitive whisk.
  2. Sugar is added, the mixture is whipped again.
  3. Cream is heated, but not brought to a boil. Chocolate is added to them, crushed into pieces. The creamy chocolate mixture languishes for a couple of minutes.
  4. The curd mixture is divided into a pair of identical parts.
  5. A creamy mixture is added to one of the parts obtained. Everything is mixed up.
  6. One and a half tablespoons of starch is added to each part.
  7. The bowl in which the baking will be done is greased with oil, the curd mixture is laid out in it, in turn: first, white, then black.
  8. Using a wooden stick, it is necessary to make stains.
  9. The slow cooker is tightly closed, the baking mode for an hour is turned on.
  10. When the hour has passed, you must open the lid and continue baking for about half an hour.

It is worth noting that this dish is very finicky. When preparing it, the proportions must be strictly observed. Otherwise, the casserole may not bake well or may not work.

Minced chicken and cottage cheese - gourmet casserole

Required Products:

  • 500 g of cottage cheese;
  • 500 g of minced chicken;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 100 g of cheese of medium hardness;
  • half a glass of kefir;
  • a pinch of provencal herbs;
  • salt and spices.

Stages of cooking:

  1. Cottage cheese should be grinded with a sieve and mixed with kefir.
  2. Using a whisk, beat eggs with salt (until lush foam is obtained).
  3. Minced meat is salted, seasoned with spices and herbs.

  1. Vermicelli must be boiled.

Essential Ingredients:

  • 500 g of cottage cheese;
  • 3 eggs;
  • half a glass of sugar;
  • a glass of sour cream;
  • 400 g pumpkin;
  • 3 incomplete Art. l starch;
  • a pinch of vanillin;
  • 1 tbsp. l decoys and oil for greasing.

Stages of cooking:

  1. With a whisk, beat the eggs with sugar.
  2. Cottage cheese, sour cream and vanilla are added. All ingredients are mixed using a blender or whisk to a homogeneous consistency.
