Hello everybody! Tell me the salad recipe with funchose + cucumbers, etc. Very tasty.
And I liked how in our sushi bar where I worked, after steaming, the funchose was fried in olive oil with kikkoman (soy sauce), the passivation was fried separately without sauce (onions and carrots, grated on a large grater), then they were all mixed and laid out to cool, sprinkled with fresh finely chopped cucumber, sesame seeds, and decorated with pickled green peppers. It turned out so delicious! From the sushi bar I quit a long time ago, but I still keep the recipe)
